Internationally, Cazenove is active in the distribution of equity issues on behalf of international companies. We distribute equities globally, acting in a range of capacities from global co-ordinator to co-lead manager. We are recognised for our consistent performance in all issues, our ability to work with other houses and for the aftermarket service we provide to both issuers and investors.

In our London office we have dedicated capital markets country teams covering the UK, Ireland and Italy. The capital markets teams covering Germany, France and Asia are based in the respective local offices. In Germany and France, we also offer Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Advisory services for clients. Whilst the international capital markets division is economically within the partnership, we will continue to act independently of JPMorgan. However, there may be opportunities for us to work jointly on specific projects where it is in the best interests of our clients.
